About The Team The Presales team plays a critical role in driving business growth by translating customer requirements into technology solutions. The team collaborates with sales, OEMs, partners, and customers to design, position, and demonstrate end-to-end technology solutions while supporting business development and deal closure activities.

Key Purpose of the Job To provide technical presales support for Hitachi solutions by designing customer-centric solutions, managing proposal responses, conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, and working closely with sales and partner teams to drive business opportunities and revenue growth.

Who We’re Looking For A seasoned presales professional with robust experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, cloud, and datacenter solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent solutioning capabilities, customer engagement skills, proposal management expertise, and the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

Your Role

- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
- Design end-to-end infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions.
- Lead technical discussions,



solution presentations, and customer workshops.
- Manage RFP/RFI responses, solution documentation, and proposal preparation.
- Prepare BoMs, solution architectures, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), product demonstrations, and technical validations.
- Work closely with OEMs, partners, and internal sales teams to drive opportunities.
- Support commercial discussions, solution positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales lifecycle to maximize deal success.

You’re the Right Fit If You

- Have 10+ years of relevant presales experience.
- Possess strong expertise in enterprise infrastructure, storage, virtualization, cloud, or datacenter technologies.
- Have hands-on experience in solution design, proposal management, and technical presentations.
- Are comfortable interacting with CXO, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Have experience conducting PoCs and delivering successful customer demonstrations.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking.
