Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls and generate insurance sales
- Explain insurance products, plans, and benefits to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain customer details and update CRM records
- Build robust customer relationships

Requirements: Minimum 6 months of telesales experience

Insurance telesales experience preferred

Good communication and convincing skills Strong sales & negotiation skills

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹8,894.75 - ₹28,805.69 per month

Work Location: In person
