Duties and responsibilities

- Style and prepare photoshoots for different products using props, lighting etc. in the most efficient manner
- Understand the brand ethos and identity, plan and execute shoots accordingly
- Ensure that the imagery selected is in line with the guidelines
- Explain guidelines to photographers and videographers
- Troubleshoot styling challenges on-set decisively
- Prepare photoshoot areas using appropriate props
- Ensure that the final result is within quality standards and aligns with the scope of the project
- Plan and ideate storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines




- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience - 2 to 3 years
- Preferable - Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Des/M.Des) from NIFT
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Good work ethics and calm attitude
- Well versed with wide-ranging lighting, background set ups and overall styling language
- Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Having a creative bent to visualize the photoshoots and designs
