Key Responsibilities: • Handle outbound calls and generate insurance sales
- Explain insurance products, plans, and benefits to customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain customer details and update CRM records
- Build strong customer relationships
Requirements: ✅ Minimum 6 months of telesales experience
✅ Insurance telesales experience preferred
✅ Good communication and convincing skills
✅ Strong sales & negotiation skills
✅ Comfortable working in a target-driven setting
