We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant, early in their career (with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience), to join one of our cross-functional product teams in our Gurgaon/Hyderabad/Bangalore office as an Individual Contributor. This product team is responsible for the core portfolio and P&L; accounting product offering on our platform. This role offers the opportunity to build strong domain expertise in fund and portfolio accounting for some of the most sophisticated hedge funds in the world, while working closely with engineers, product managers, and client-facing teams.

What You'll Do:

- Carry the product/feature from concept to creation
- Brainstorm product/feature and its value proposition to our client base
- Distill the vision into documents such as product roadmap and product/feature specification via deep dives into domain, gathering requirements and/or business analysis
- Work closely with the engineers/architects to translate the Product Specification to design, and then to the product itself
- Prepare comprehensive business test cases/beds to aid the engineering process




- Rigorously and continuously evaluate the progress of product/feature-in-flight by leveraging the created test cases/beds and ensure compliance to the product/feature specification and the vision
- Track and question risks/assumptions
- Proactively escalate issues and mitigate execution risks

What You'll Need:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, financial statements, and journal entries
- Working knowledge of, or robust aptitude to quickly learn, fund/portfolio accounting concepts such as NAV, P&L;, accruals, and corporate actions.
- Knowledge on fixed income and derivatives will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in Excel; exposure to SQL. Python or LLM agentic tools is an added advantage
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over accuracy and timeliness
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple lines of work under tight deadlines
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with stakeholders
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from and work closely with cross-functional Engineering, Product, and Operations teams
- Outstanding academic background and a genuine interest in financial markets and technology
