Role: Product Owner / FHIR SME

Location : Bangalore / Noida - Onsite Office

Duration: Fulltime

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days onsite / 2 Days Remote)

Working Hours : General Shift

Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days max.

Primary focus: Healthcare/FHIR requirements, clinical interpretation, resource mapping, and business acceptance.

Responsibilities:

- Own FHIR-related functional requirements.
- Analyze EDP healthcare data and determine appropriate FHIR representation.
- Define source-to-target mapping requirements.
- Determine appropriate FHIR resources for:
- Patient
- Practitioner
- PractitionerRole
- Organization
- Encounter
- Observation
- Condition
- Procedure
- MedicationRequest
- Medication
- DiagnosticReport
- AllergyIntolerance
- Immunization
- Define required/optional fields and business rules.
- Define identifiers, references, extensions,



profiles, and terminology requirements.
- Resolve ambiguous healthcare-data interpretation issues with clinical SMEs.
- Define acceptance criteria for FHIR transformation and validation.
- Prioritize migration scope and backlog.
- Validate migrated data from a clinical/business perspective.
- Define requirements for reconciliation and data quality.
- Support implementation-guide and US Core requirements where applicable.
