Position Summary

Seeking a Product Owner with 5-7 years of experience to maximize product value through effective backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, requirements analysis, and Scrum practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision and maximize value delivered by the Scrum team.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and swim lane diagrams.
- Facilitate and participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Lead Sprint Reviews and communicate product progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to validate feasibility.
- Forecast backlog completion based on team capacity, past performance, and Definition of Done.
- Maintain centralized,



version-controlled product and technical documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve competing priorities.

Must-Have Skills

- 5-7 years of Product Owner experience.
- Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills.
- Expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Backlog Prioritization.
- Understanding of forecasting vs. commitment, team capacity, and product delivery.
- Experience with complex work, vertical slicing, and incremental delivery / Ship & Learn.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and client-facing communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of the Scrum Guide and Scrum framework.

Preferred

- Product Owner certification from a recognized organization.
- PSPO II or higher from Scrum.org preferred.
