Role Description The Product Manager role at RyniXsoft is a full-time remote position responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and solutions. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and translating business needs into clear product roadmaps.

The Product

Manager collaborates closely with engineering, data, design, sales, and consulting teams to ensure product features are delivered on time and aligned with market and client expectations. Daily activities include conducting market and user research, analyzing product performance, managing backlogs, facilitating agile ceremonies, and communicating product updates to stakeholders.

Manager also partners with leadership to identify new opportunities, refine go-to-market plans, and continuously improve product value, quality, and user experience.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including product strategy, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and requirements gathering.
- Experience with agile methodologies, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data, and design teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and make evidence-based product decisions.
- Background or familiarity with digital technologies such as AI/ML, data analytics, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, or IT consulting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including alignment of diverse perspectives and negotiation of priorities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field; advanced degree or product management certification is a plus.
- Experience in B2B software or IT services, and exposure to enterprise or startup environments, is highly beneficial.
