- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and growth of AI, B2B SaaS, Data Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Email Deliverability products.
- Translate customer and business requirements into scalable product features, workflows, APIs, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, DevOps, Cybersecurity, UI/UX, Sales, and Business teams.
- Define and manage PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, product workflows, API specifications, and system requirements.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, technical design reviews, API reviews, UAT, and release planning.
- Drive AI product capabilities including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt systems, AI evaluation, guardrails, and model optimisation.
- Work with APIs, third-party integrations, CRM/marketing platforms, webhooks, and AI model integrations.
- Use SQL, product analytics, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and product usage data to drive product decisions.
- Conduct customer discovery, competitor analysis, product validation, and MVP definition.
- Own product growth metrics including activation, engagement, conversion, retention, feature adoption, expansion, MRR/ARR, and other product KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, pricing, packaging, GTM, and product launches.




- Continuously monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and growth.

Requirements

- 5–10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in Product Management / Technical Product Management.
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS product management and building technology products.
- Robust understanding of API architecture, SaaS architecture, system workflows, and third-party integrations.
- Hands-on working knowledge of SQL and product analytics.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, product discovery, PRD writing, and data-driven decision making.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and vector databases is preferred.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Python, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to data engineering, cybersecurity, CRM systems, marketing automation, or email infrastructure is an added advantage.
- Ability to understand and work with architecture diagrams, API documentation, Postman, SQL, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience taking products from 0→1 and scaling products from 1→10.
- Engineering/software-development background transitioning into Technical Product Management is strongly encouraged.
