We are seeking a dynamic Product Management professional to lead the strategic direction and execution of our IT services portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining the vision and roadmap for our software solutions, ensuring they align with market demands and organizational goals. You will serve as the central hub between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring that every product delivered delivers exceptional value and solves real-world problems effectively.

Responsibilities

- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively position products within the competitive IT services market.

- Develop and refine pricing models to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive advantage and market penetration.

- Analyze user feedback and market trends to enhance the overall customer experience and drive product adoption.

- Facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse departments, managing expectations and aligning objectives among cross-functional stakeholders.

- Leverage deep knowledge of software development lifecycles and web technologies to guide technical teams in building robust, scalable solutions.





- Identify complex challenges and devise innovative problem-solving approaches to overcome development hurdles and business obstacles.

- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences to ensure organizational alignment.

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept and ideation through to launch, growth, and eventual retirement.

- Craft and implement long-term product strategies that support the company's broader business objectives and growth targets.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Proven expertise in Product Management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Strong background in developing Marketing Strategy and executing Pricing & Product Positioning initiatives.

- Demonstrated ability to manage Customer Experience improvements and drive user-centric design.

- Exceptional skills in Cross-functional Stakeholder Management, with a track record of leading diverse teams.

- Solid understanding of Software Development processes and Web Technologies to bridge the gap between business and engineering.

- Advanced Problem Solving capabilities paired with superior Communication skills for effective leadership.

- Comprehensive experience managing the End-to-End Product Lifecycle in a rapid-paced environment.

- Strategic mindset capable of formulating and driving Product Strategy that aligns with business goals.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the IT Services sector.

- Salary expectation aligned with the range of ₹5-6 LPA.
