Talent Pulse is Naukri’s talent intelligence platform, helping HR and Talent Acquisition leaders make better hiring decisions through real-time talent, compensation and market intelligence.

The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the Product Lead and own key product areas across Talent Pulse. The role involves building data and AI-powered experiences that simplify complex talent insights for enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

Own product discovery, roadmap and execution for key Talent Pulse product areas.

Work closely with Data Science, Engineering and Design to build data-driven and AI-powered features.

Analyse user behaviour, product metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities.

Convert complex data/ML models into simple, intuitive customer experiences.





Work with Sales and customers to understand use cases and validate product ideas.

Drive experimentation, adoption and engagement of product features.

Take products/features from concept to launch and scale.

What We’re Looking For

3–6 years of Product Management experience, preferably in data products, AI/ML, analytics or B2B SaaS.

Robust understanding of product metrics, user funnels and experimentation.

Experience working with Data Science and Engineering teams.

Ability to work with ambiguity and independently drive initiatives.

Experience in HRTech, Recruitment Tech or Workforce Analytics is a plus.
