About Fluento: Fluento is India's first AI-powered Spoken English program, designed to help every student become a confident English speaker.

At the heart of Fluento is Ms. Curie, an AI tutor who provides personalized 1:1 speaking practice, instant feedback, and adaptive learning experiences. By combining cutting-edge AI with strong pedagogy, Fluento makes high-quality spoken English coaching accessible to every child.

Role Overview: We're looking for a Product Intern to help build India's first AI tutor. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll work directly with state-of-the-art AI models, experiment rapidly, and turn ideas into real learning activities used by students. You'll collaborate closely with product, content, design,



and engineering teams to create experiences that are both educational and delightful.

Problem Solving & Product Thinking

- Curious, analytical, and excited to explore new ideas.
- Able to break down ambiguous problems and find practical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward experimentation and iteration.
- Comfortable balancing creativity with structured thinking.
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks, moving quickly, and learning through experimentation.

AI & Prompt Engineering

- Hands-on experience working with leading AI models such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Ability to systematically iterate on prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality outputs.
- Solid prompt-writing skills, with a focus on simplicity, efficiency, and reliability.
- Bonus: You've built something with AI—whether it's a side project, prototype, workflow, agent, or experiment. Be sure to share links, demos, or examples in your application.

Technical Curiosity

- Basic understanding of how modern AI systems and LLMs work, including their strengths and limitations. (Good to have)
- Interest in how AI products are designed, built, and improved.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.

Collaboration & Communication

- Clear communicator who can explain ideas, feedback, and decisions effectively.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, content, design, and engineering teams.
- Open to feedback and able to iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
