We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Mid-Level Product Developer & Designer to manage the end-to-end design and manufacturing lifecycle of our childrenswear and technical workwear lines. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution. You will take ownership of the process from initial trend concept and Tech Pack development straight through to factory handoff and final fit approval.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundational knowledge of garment construction, a sharp eye for functional design, and a strong understanding of apparel compliance.Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Design: Develop original apparel concepts, mood boards, and color palettes that balance the fun, comfortable aesthetic of childrenswear with the rugged utility required for workwear.
- Tech Pack Creation: Build and maintain detailed, production-ready Tech Packs in Adobe Illustrator and PLM software, including accurate flat sketches, bills of materials (BOM), stitching details, and measurement specs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications




- Experience: 3 to 5 years of qualified experience in apparel product development and fashion design. Experience in kids' clothes or technical/performance wear is a major plus.
- Software Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (for technical flats/CADs) and experience utilizing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
- Garment Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of pattern making, textile properties, sewing construction, garment wash processes, and size grading.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple seasons simultaneously, keep tech sheets organized, and hit strict corporate calendar deadlines.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong technical capabilities, specifically featuring completed apparel tech packs, flat sketches, and photos of finished garments.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
