Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Developer Experience & Product Associate to join TinyHumans.

This is a fresher/entry-level role for someone who is technically curious, communicates well, and enjoys figuring things out.

You will work across Product, Tech, Business Development, and Marketing, while also interacting with developers and users.

What You’ll Do

- Test new and existing product features and identify bugs, edge cases, and usability issues.
- Clearly document issues and follow up with the Tech team until resolution.
- Learn and work with our APIs, integrations, and developer tools.
- Support developers and help troubleshoot product-related issues.
- Collect developer and user feedback and communicate it to the relevant teams.
- Help create documentation, tutorials, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
- Act as a bridge between Tech, BD, and Marketing for product-related information.
- Research problems independently and propose solutions.
- Support product launches, demos, and developer/community initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



Information Technology, Product, UX, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fresher / 0–1 year of experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software, APIs, or coding.
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and developer tools.
- Comfortable learning tools such as GitHub and Postman.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in easy terms.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Able to learn independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities and responsibilities may evolve.

No prior DevRel or Product experience is required. We care more about how you think, learn, communicate, solve problems, and take ownership than the number of years on your CV. Employment: Full-time | Remote
