Role overview /n We're looking for a Product Designer who cares deeply about the craft of digital products, /n someone with a sharp eye for UI, solid visual judgement, and the ability to turn complex /n problems into simple, polished experiences. /n /n 3–5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in a product-led environment. /n A portfolio that demonstrates strong UI craft, not just process or wireframes. /n Excellent visual judgement across typography, spacing, layout, colour, hierarchy and /n interaction states. /n Good understanding of design systems — including variables, tokens, components, variants /n and reusable patterns. /n Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with product, engineering, /n marketing and compliance teams. /n Good to have /n Hands-on experience owning or contributing to a design system. /n Experience defining variables, tokens or component architecture in a live product. /n Experience in fintech,
