About the Role

We are looking for a Product Design Lead who can combine strong product thinking with hands-on design execution and take ownership of the overall design and user experience of Tigg.

Tigg is a feature-rich accounting platform used every day by accountants, business owners, and finance teams. Our users work with large amounts of information, perform repetitive tasks, and depend on the product throughout their working day. Designing for them requires more than making screens look good it requires understanding how people work and turning complex accounting and business processes into experiences that are simple, fast, explicit, and efficient.

As Product Design Lead, you will help define how Tigg looks, feels, and works across web and mobile. You will work closely with Product and Engineering, take ideas from early concepts through prototypes and final designs, maintain consistency across the product, and continuously improve the quality of Tiggs user experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who can design great products themselves while also bringing structure, consistency, and direction to the overall design function as Tigg grows.

What You Will Be Responsible For

- Own the overall design and user experience of Tigg across web and mobile.

- Turn product requirements and user problems into easy, practical, and easy-to-use designs.

- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.





- Design workflows that help users work faster and with fewer steps.

- Build and maintain a consistent design system across Tigg.

- Work closely with Product and Engineering from initial idea through final implementation.

- Continuously improve Tiggs design based on user feedback, usability testing, and product needs.

Required Qualification and Experience

- Candidates should have more than 3 years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role, preferably designing SaaS or software products.

- A strong product design portfolio demonstrating real product work, problem-solving, and high-quality UI/UX is required.

- Candidates should be experienced with Figma, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems, and comfortable working closely with Product and Engineering teams.

- Experience designing SaaS, ERP, accounting, fintech, business software, or other workflow-heavy products will be a strong advantage.
