We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Product Advisor to join our sales team at our Aluva showroom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, specifications, range, pricing and offers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate test rides.
- Make regular follow-up calls to leads and enquiries.
- Convert enquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly booking and retail sales targets.
- Follow up with booked customers until vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper lead and customer follow-up records.
- Update CRM/DMS regularly.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance and delivery teams.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide an excellent buying experience.
- Stay updated about recent products, offers and EV technology.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in automobile, EV, two-wheeler or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Passion for automobiles and electric vehicles.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
