China Sourcing & Procurement Specialist — Footwear

Sarthi Footwear Private Limited (SOLA) is looking for a sharp Footwear Sourcing & Procurement Specialist who can independently find, negotiate and procure footwear from China and India.

This is a hands-on sourcing role. We need someone who knows how to work with Alibaba/1688, Chinese manufacturers, Indian factories and footwear suppliers — and can negotiate hard to get the right product at the right cost.

What you’ll do

Source footwear manufacturers and suppliers from Alibaba, 1688 and India

Identify genuine manufacturers and evaluate suppliers

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and production timelines

Develop OEM/private-label footwear

Find new footwear designs, materials and factories

Arrange samples and manage sampling

Compare suppliers and calculate landed costs

Coordinate production, quality checks and shipping

Build and maintain a strong supplier network in China & India





Continuously find better products and lower-cost suppliers

We’re looking for

2–5 years of experience in footwear sourcing/procurement

Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba/1688

Existing contacts with Chinese or Indian footwear manufacturers is a big plus

Excellent negotiation skills

Understanding of footwear manufacturing, materials and costing

Strong communication and follow-up skills

- Someone commercially sharp who can identify good products and good deals

Location: Delhi NCR

Work Mode: Full-time, In office
