What would you do?

- Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
- You will be working as a part of the Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting delivery, and analyzing results.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Team Lead, Supervisor,



or Manager along with a strong understanding of best procurement practices and vendor management.
- Strong experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage performance.

- Lead and manage a team of buyers to ensure the efficient purchasing of goods and services.
- Drive regular knowledge assessments and one-on-one sessions with team members to get insights into challenges, strengths, and opportunities in the buying process.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize buying processes and achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to ensure individual and team success.
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
- Analyze purchasing data to improve procurement strategies.
