Asia SS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a commercial kitchen equipment manufacturer and turnkey kitchen solutions provider. We are looking for a Procurement Manager to manage sourcing, vendor development and procurement activities supporting production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, equipment and components.
- Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare supplier quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for timely material delivery.
- Plan procurement according to production and project requirements.
- Coordinate with production, projects, design, stores and accounts teams.
- Monitor material quality, availability, cost and delivery.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase data.
- Support cost control and procurement planning.
- Resolve procurement and vendor-related issues.

Required Qualifications





- Graduate / MBA in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations or related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement / purchase.
- Manufacturing or engineering procurement experience preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
