Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying sourcing needs, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services.

The Procurement

Manager will monitor supplier performance, manage procurement documentation, and work closely with operations, finance, and merchandising teams to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing purchasing data, maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing contract compliance,



and contributing to process improvements within the procurement function. The role also involves supporting strategic sourcing initiatives that align with BuyBuyCart’s growth and cost-saving objectives.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in core procurement activities, including Procurement and Supplier Evaluation.
- Experience in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable and compliant agreements.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, pricing, and purchasing trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work with ERP or procurement systems and basic proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or fast-paced procurement environments is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Noida and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and integrity.
