Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Sourcing Executive to join our global sourcing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing vendors across international markets for furniture and interior products. You will play a key role in ensuring timely procurement, quality compliance, and cost-effective sourcing aligned with project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor & Product Sourcing:

- Source furniture, dcor, lighting, and interior materials from international and domestic markets.
- Identify reliable manufacturers and suppliers that meet design, quality, and budget expectations.
- Develop and maintain a global vendor database with updated product offerings.

Procurement Operations:

- Request and analyze quotations, lead price negotiations, and finalize vendor agreements.




- Issue purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations, production, and logistics.
- Coordinate with the design, sales, and project teams to understand specific requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in purchase/sourcing, preferably in the furniture, interior, or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement software.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
