Job Summary

Chai Days Café is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory store operations. The role ensures timely availability of quality materials, proper stock control, and cost-effective procurement for smooth café operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Procure raw materials, beverages, packaging materials, consumables, and equipment for café operations
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure best quality and pricing
- Manage central inventory store operations, including receiving, storage, and issuing of materials
- Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, and inventory registers (manual/system-based)
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate with outlet managers regarding daily/weekly inventory requirements
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconcile physical stock with records
- Ensure proper storage, hygiene, FIFO, and wastage control practices
- Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on pending supplies
- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and payments




- Support procurement and inventory planning for new outlet openings

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in F&B; / Café / Retail
- Hands-on experience in inventory store handling and stock control
- Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory reporting
- Familiarity with local suppliers in Karnataka is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in café chains, QSRs, or hospitality brands
- Knowledge of GST billing and invoice verification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
