Process Trainee Consultant — Insurance Claims (US Shift)

? Type: Full-time, US Shift (rotational night shifts, 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM)

? Compensation: ₹21,500 + Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

We're hiring Process Trainee Consultants to support the claims fulfilment process for a US insurance process — a great starting role for freshers looking to build a career in international voice/process operations.

Key Responsibilities

→ Receive, review, investigate and process insurance claims per established guidelines

→ Handle customer calls and support queries as per process requirements

→ Meet SLA, quality and productivity targets consistently

→ Coordinate with peers, supervisors and other teams to resolve claims accurately

We're Looking For

✅ Graduation / 10+2 / Diploma

✅ Solid communication skills, B2-level proficiency preferred

✅ Willing to work rotational US night shifts
