- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Process Trainer.
- BPO experience is mandatory
- Experience in Voice/Customer Support process preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation & coaching skills
- Candidates from PAN India with BPO Trainer experience can apply
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conducting recent hire training for customer support voice process
- Delivering process, product & soft skills training sessions
- Monitoring trainee performance and conducting assessments
- Providing floor support and refresher training sessions
- Identifying training needs and performance gaps
- Maintaining training trackers, reports & documentation
- Ensuring process compliance and quality standards
- Coordinating with operations and quality teams for continuous improvement
