Learn2Read runs on hundreds of small processes — how a demo gets booked, how a teacher gets trained, how a lead becomes an enrolment, and how a new joiner learns their role.

A lot of this knowledge currently lives with the people doing the work. Your job will be to understand these processes, document them clearly, and turn them into simple training material that people can actually follow.

This is a people, documentation, and coordination role. You will work with different departments to understand how their work is done, organise the information, create clear SOPs and training videos, and follow up with people to make sure things are completed on time.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Speak with people across Sales, Operations, Teaching, Marketing, MIS, and People Hub to understand how their work is done.
- Sit with team members, ask questions, take notes, and understand the details of their day-to-day work.
- Turn conversations and information into simple, step-by-step SOPs, checklists, and process documents.
- Create explicit training materials using documents, presentations, screenshots, and simple visuals.
- Make screen-recorded training videos with clear voiceovers explaining how tasks are done.




- Organise and maintain the company's SOP and training library.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect information, clarify details, and complete documentation.
- Follow up on pending inputs and make sure work moves forward on time.
- Review existing SOPs and update them when processes change.
- Help make the onboarding and training experience easier for new team members.
- Over 6 months, work across multiple departments and document approximately 15–20 roles in both written and video formats.
