We are looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our Pre-Authorization (Pre-Auth) Team in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have robust process knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in training and developing healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct new hire and refresher training programs for the Pre-Authorization process.

- Prepare training materials, presentations, assessments, and SOPs.

- Identify knowledge gaps and conduct targeted coaching sessions.

- Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback.

- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve training effectiveness.

- Track training metrics and maintain training records.

- Support process updates, transitions, and knowledge management activities.





Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in US Healthcare, preferably in Pre-Authorization.

- Prior experience as a Process Trainer or SME with training responsibilities.

- Good understanding of insurance verification, authorization procedures, and payer guidelines.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Willingness to work in Night Shifts.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days' notice preferred.
