WE’RE HIRING | PROCESS MANAGER – WATER & WASTEWATER TREATMENT

Xperteez Technology is looking for an experienced Process Manager with strong expertise in Water & Wastewater Treatment, Process Design, Engineering, and Technology Evaluation .

Experience: 10+ years preferred | 8+ years minimum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead process design, engineering, calculations, and optimization for water and wastewater treatment plants.
- Develop treatment schemes, process documentation, technical specifications, and design reports.
- Perform process design, hydraulic calculations, mass balance, and system sizing.
- Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs;, process design reports, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate raw water and wastewater parameters including TDS, COD, BOD, TSS, turbidity, pH, and conductivity.
- Select and integrate appropriate treatment technologies based on project requirements.
- Support Greenfield, Brownfield, and Greyfield projects from concept design through commissioning.
- Troubleshoot plant performance issues and drive process optimization and improvements.
- Evaluate and implement new and advanced treatment technologies.




- Ensure compliance with project specifications, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE Strong hands-on knowledge of:

MBR | MBBR | UF | RO | SBR | ASP | Ceramic Membranes | Electrocoagulation | DAF | Chemical Dosing

Experience with engineering and design tools such as BioWin, Bentley, WAVE, IMS , or similar platforms is preferred.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater treatment process design and engineering.
- Experience with treatment plants of 1 MLD to 20 MLD or higher capacity.
- Hands-on experience in municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater treatment.
- Experience in plant performance evaluation, optimization, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Experience with advanced treatment technologies and plant upgradation or retrofit projects.
- Experience handling Greenfield, Brownfield, and Greyfield projects.

QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Process Engineering .
