We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Technician Process Engineering (Electrical) to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of electrical maintenance, routine troubleshooting, and preventive upkeep of critical sterile/injectable manufacturing machinery and plant utilities. This role demands strong expertise in cleanroom operating standards, diagnostic capabilities for complex control systems, and a strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Role & responsibilities 1. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Perform routine electrical maintenance and critical fault diagnosis of injectable production machinery, including:
- Aseptic Processing: Vial/Ampoule Washing Machines, Dry Heat Sterilizers (Depyrogenation Tunnels), Autoclaves, and RABS / Isolator systems.
- Formulation & Filling: Vial/Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machines, Solution Preparation / Manufacturing Vessels, and Sterile Filtration Systems.
- Finishing & Packaging: Lyophilizers (Freeze Dryers), Conveyor Systems, and Automatic Visual Inspection Machines.
- Attend to emergency electrical breakdowns swiftly to control and minimize overall equipment downtime. Provide secondary support for the uninterrupted operation of facility utilities, including HVAC/AHU systems, chilled water units, compressed air systems, and Purified Water / WFI distribution networks.

2. Preventative Maintenance & Operational Support

- Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM)



activities strictly in accordance with predetermined schedules and checklist items.
- Inspect, service, and calibrate crucial electrical infrastructure elements: induction motors, pumps, control panels, MCC/PCC panels, VFDs, proximity sensors, relays, contactors, and complex internal circuit wiring.
- Support external and internal engineering teams during the setup, installation, component verification, commissioning, and qualification trial runs of new process equipment.
- Quickly interpret functional electrical drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and wiring schematics to trace faults efficiently.

3. Documentation, Compliance & Safety

- Maintain highly accurate documentation, ensuring logbooks, maintenance checklists, tool logs, and failure breakdown reports are up to date and audit-ready.
- Abide fully by regulatory guidelines including standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom classification protocols.
- Observe rigorous industrial safety standards such as Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols and the mandatory utilization of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate harmoniously with members of the cross-functional Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering departments to drive operational plant metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of motors, VFDs, control panels, sensors, PLC-related electrical systems, and control circuits.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults in process and utility equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
