ABOUT THE ROLE:

A&M; Insights is looking for a Process Consultant / Internal Audit Associate to join our Risk Advisory team.

This is a hands-on role combining Process Review, Internal Audit, Transaction Testing, Data Analytics, Risk & Control Assessment, Physical Verification and Client Coordination.

The role will provide exposure to Automotive Retail, Internal Audit, Process Audit, Compliance and Forensic Reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review business transactions against defined processes, checklists and approval matrices In automotive retail assignments, review vehicle transactions from booking to delivery

Verify pricing, discounts, schemes, insurance, finance, accessories, exchange and delivery documentation

Identify process deviations and potential margin/revenue leakage

Perform internal audit and control testing

Conduct vouching, reconciliations, physical verification and stock checks

Analyse transaction data to identify exceptions, duplicates, outliers and unusual patterns

Prepare audit working papers, process notes and observations

Collect and maintain supporting evidence including documents,



photographs and system records

Coordinate with client teams and process owners

Maintain accurate and timely reporting/tracker updates

Use Excel, Power Query and approved AI/OCR tools to improve audit efficiency

WHO CAN APPLY?

- B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA / MBA Finance
- CA Inter / Fresh CA / Relevant CA Articleship experience
- Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome
- 0–2 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Risk Advisory, Operations, Automotive Retail or Process Review
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & basic formulas
- Power Query knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Solid attention to detail, integrity and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with client interaction and travel

SALARY

25,000 – 30,000 per month

Salary will depend on qualification, relevant experience, technical skills and interview performance.
