We are looking for a Process Associate to support our Email Marketing team. The role involves backend operations, email seeding, data handling, and assisting in campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Support email marketing campaign
- Perform email seeding and check inbox delivery (Inbox/Spam)
- Upload and manage email data lists
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Monitor campaigns and report issues
- Perform basic Excel and data entry tasks
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of email/digital marketing is a plus
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Candidates from Nagercoil or nearby locations preferred
