Job Overview

OTY Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Product / Process Support Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers/users, handling queries through voice or chat, providing product/process-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer/user queries through voice calls and/or chat support.
- Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist users with product- or process-related queries.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain process accuracy.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.




- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Requirements
- 0–1 year of BPO, customer support, call centre, or process support experience preferred.
- Candidates with voice or chat support experience can apply.
- Basic understanding of software/product support is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with software applications.
- Ability to understand and follow processes accurately.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target/process-oriented environment.
- Age preference: 22–35 years.
