Position: Customer Support Executive – Night Shift (Inbound Voice)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Role Overview

Handle inbound voice calls for U. S. Healthcare customers – no sales, no targets.

Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.

Provide empathetic, transparent, and accurate customer support.

Requirements

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); neutral or U. S.-friendly accent preferred.

Minimum 12th pass

- Graduation or Diploma is a plus.

Comfortable working night shifts.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
