AI Security & Prisma AIRS

 Lead and execute customer-facing projects to deploy and operationalize the Prisma AIRS suite, including AI Model Scanning and AI Red Teaming solutions.

 Serve as a technical subject matter expert for customers and internal teams on securing the AI/ML development and deployment lifecycle.

 Help customers identify and address security risks associated with LLMs, ML models, AI applications, and supporting infrastructure.

 Design and implement security solutions to address emerging AI threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage, and related attack techniques.

 Help customers establish practical security controls and best practices for securing AI/ML environments.

Customer Consulting & Delivery

 Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements, AI/ML architecture, security objectives, and business use cases.

 Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, implementation activities, and troubleshooting engagements.

 Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions and implementation plans.

 Develop and deliver technical workshops, enablement sessions, best-practice guidance,

and recommendations.

 Communicate complex AI security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 Build strong relationships with customer engineering, security, cloud, and application teams.

Cloud, Automation & Integration

 Work with public cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

 Support the integration of Prisma AIRS with customer AI/ML environments, applications,

APIs, and supporting infrastructure.

 Use Python, Terraform, and other automation technologies to develop integrations,

automate deployments,



and improve operational efficiency.

 Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving AI security, cloud environments, runtime infrastructure, and API integrations.

 Work with modern infrastructure and application environments, including containerized and cloud-native technologies where applicable.

Product & Engineering Collaboration

 Collaborate closely with Palo Alto Networks Product Management and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and field requirements.

 Help identify product gaps, recurring customer challenges, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.

 Contribute to the development of reusable technical assets, delivery methodologies,

implementation templates, and best practices.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

 Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, best-practice materials, and reusable delivery assets.

 Develop content that can be leveraged across customer engagements to scale the Prisma

AIRS Professional Services practice.

 Share technical knowledge and lessons learned with internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Qualified Services,

Solutions Architecture, Consulting, Technical Account Management, or a related field.





 Strong foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and public cloud platforms,

including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.

 Hands-on understanding of AI/ML concepts and the ML operational lifecycle (MLOps).

 Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their security challenges.

 Familiarity with AI/LLM security threats and techniques for identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, including areas such as prompt injection, model poisoning, and data leakage.

 Hands-on experience with Python and Terraform or similar scripting and Infrastructure as

Code technologies.

 Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues involving AI/ML environments, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and application integrations.

 Strong consulting, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 Proven ability to work independently in customer-facing engagements and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

 Direct experience in AI Security, including adversarial ML, AI red teaming, securing ML pipelines, or LLM security.

 Experience with Palo Alto Networks products, particularly Prisma AIRS, NGFW, and Strata

Cloud Manager.

 Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration technologies.

 Experience with REST APIs and integrating security solutions with enterprise applications.

 Familiarity with AI security frameworks and standards such as the OWASP Top 10 for LLM

Applications.

 Relevant certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, AI/ML, or related technical disciplines.
