To lead printing production and operations at Parksons Packaging, Daman. The role will be responsible for driving production efficiency, quality, delivery, productivity and cost performance, while leading a team across supervisors, operators and workmen.

The incumbent will oversee OEE, machine efficiency, downtime, make-ready time, wastage and manpower productivity, while partnering closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other functions to ensure seamless operations. The role will also drive Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimisation, safety and 5S, along with strengthening team capability and performance through effective people leadership.

Job Responsibilities

- Overall responsibility for printing production and operations.
- Manage and lead a team of 73 employees, including supervisors, operators and workers.
- Achieve production, quality,



delivery and productivity targets.
- Monitor OEE, machine efficiency, downtime, make-ready time and manpower productivity.
- Control printing wastage, rejection, rework and operating costs.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.
- Drive Kaizen, cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, quality and company standards.
- Prepare and review production MIS and departmental KPIs.
- Develop team capability through training and performance management.
