About Position:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise-scale Generative AI platforms and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining AI architecture standards, evaluating emerging technologies, driving innovation, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Architect and design end-to-end Generative AI solutions aligned with enterprise business objectives.
- Lead technical decision-making related to AI model selection, infrastructure design, integration strategies, and deployment approaches.
- Design scalable RAG architectures to enable enterprise knowledge discovery and intelligent information retrieval.
- Establish enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for GenAI adoption.
- Evaluate architectural alternatives and recommend optimal solutions based on scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and cost considerations.
- Design AI orchestration frameworks and intelligent workflows using modern GenAI technologies.
- Partner with business leaders, product teams, and delivery organizations to define AI roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical governance activities for enterprise AI programs.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and responsible AI requirements.
- Define observability, monitoring, and operational excellence strategies for production AI systems.
- Guide engineering teams in implementing enterprise-grade GenAI solutions and cloud-native architectures.
- Mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams while fostering technical excellence and innovation.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and evaluate emerging AI technologies for business adoption.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 12-20 years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Architecture, or AI Solution Architecture.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Foundation Models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI solution design.
- Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock, and Google AI platforms.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience building enterprise AI applications using prompt engineering and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of vector databases and embedding technologies including Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, prompt optimization, grounding strategies, and AI application performance optimization.
- Experience designing scalable and secure cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Expertise in enterprise integration patterns, API design, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, compliance, identity management, and data protection frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and deployment automation.




- Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, Azure AI Studio, and related platforms.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, clean architecture principles, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience leading large technical teams, architecture reviews, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.
