3 - Last Round with ManagerJob Role & Responsibility 10+ years building data-intensive systems; able to own architecture end-to-end and lead a team of data engineers.
Hands-on experience with entity resolution / record linkage, probabilistic matching, and data-pipelinedesign at scale (millions of records).
Solid Python and comfortable in Golang; experienced with columnar data formats (Parquet), SQL, and performance/memory-bound workloads.
Able to interface directly with government stakeholders and translate ambiguous, messy source data into engineering decisions. Skills Able to own architecture end-to-end and lead a team of data engineers
