Responsibilities

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational standards.

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide feedback.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and teaching strategies.

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about student progress.

- Attend career development workshops and educational conferences.

- Manage classroom resources and supplies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

- Valid teaching credential or certification.

- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

- Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
