Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate, committed, and student-focused Primary Main Teacher to teach and mentor students from Grades 1 to 5. The ideal candidate should have strong command over English and Social Studies (SST), excellent classroom-management skills, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards.

The candidate should be confident in handling the overall academic and pastoral responsibilities of a primary classroom and creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Grades 1–5 as per CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Effectively teach and manage English and Social Studies (SST).
- Handle the responsibilities of a Primary Main Teacher, including classroom management and student supervision.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, activities, and learning resources.
- Monitor and assess students' academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Use innovative and interactive teaching methodologies to make learning engaging and effective.
- Integrate technology, activities, projects, and experiential learning wherever appropriate.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding students' academic and overall development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers,



coordinators, and school leadership to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Participate actively in school events, assemblies, workshops, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Ensure a protected, disciplined, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Follow school policies, academic standards, and child-safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English, Social Studies, Education, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a reputed school.
- Experience teaching Primary Grades 1–5 will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum will be preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good subject knowledge of English and SST.
- Strong classroom-management and student-handling skills.

- Immediate joiners / candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
