We Are Hiring – Primary School Teacher

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, creative, and child-friendly Primary School Teacher with a Science background who can teach Science, Mathematics, and Bengali at the primary level. The ideal candidate should be able to make learning joyful, engaging, and meaningful through activity-based and experiential teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Science, Mathematics, and Bengali to primary school students.
- Plan and deliver creative, activity-based, and experiential lessons.
- Build a warm, positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Manage classroom routines and student behaviour effectively.
- Cater to students with varied learning styles and abilities.
- Use technology and digital tools to enhance classroom learning.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school leadership.
- Participate actively in school activities and contribute to the holistic development of students.

Essential Requirements
- TTC / D.El.Ed / equivalent Primary Teacher Training qualification.
- ICSE/ISC schooling background is mandatory.




- Science background is mandatory.
- Ability to teach Science, Mathematics, and Bengali at the primary level.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Warm, patient, positive, and nurturing personality.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Ability to use technology and digital platforms confidently.
- Ability to create engaging and innovative learning experiences.
- Willingness to work with children of different learning abilities and styles.

Preferred
- Experience teaching in an ICSE/CISCE school will be an advantage.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new teaching methodologies.
