Role Description The Pricing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi.

The Pricing

Specialist must be having 3 years of experience and will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and updating freight rates and logistics pricing for various trade lanes and commodities, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Day-to-day activities include analyzing market trends, carrier tariffs, and operational costs, collaborating with sales and operations teams to develop tailored quotes, and maintaining accurate pricing records in internal systems.



The role involves responding to pricing inquiries from internal stakeholders and customers, supporting bid and tender processes, and coordinating with finance to ensure margin integrity and alignment with company policies.

The Pricing

Specialist will also contribute to process improvements, provide regular pricing reports, and help optimize pricing strategies to support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, compare rates, and evaluate cost structures.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and customers.
- Basic to intermediate finance skills to understand margins, cost components, and pricing models.
- Customer service skills to handle rate inquiries, resolve issues, and support client requirements.
- Sales-related skills to support quotation preparation, bid submissions, and negotiation inputs.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant pricing or ERP tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work accurately under time constraints and manage multiple pricing requests simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
