Role Description The Primary Coordinator (Grade 1–4) is a full-time, on-site role based at Pallavi International School, Singapore Township in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing the academic and co-curricular program for grades 1 to 4, ensuring alignment with CBSE and Cambridge (CAIE) standards and school policies. The coordinator will plan and review lesson plans, monitor classroom teaching, and support educators through mentoring, feedback, and professional development.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating assessments, analyzing student performance data, guiding interventions for learners, and maintaining effective communication with parents and guardians.



The role also involves collaborating with school leadership on timetable management, event planning, and implementation of holistic initiatives that support student well-being and character development.

Qualifications

- Strong classroom leadership and academic coordination skills, with experience managing primary grades (1–4).
- Sound knowledge of CBSE and/or Cambridge (CAIE) curricula, assessment practices, and age-appropriate pedagogies.
- Ability to design and review lesson plans, learning resources, and co-curricular programs that support holistic development.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills for working with educators, students, and families.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle timetables, events, assessments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using basic digital tools and school management systems to support planning, reporting, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; formal teacher training (B.Ed or equivalent) is preferred.
- Prior experience as a primary teacher or grade-level coordinator, ideally in CBSE or Cambridge schools.
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices and a positive, professional approach to mentoring staff.
