We are looking for an experienced Export Pricing & Customer Service Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle export RFQs, freight quotations and rate negotiations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, co-loaders and overseas agents.
- Manage FCL/LCL pricing, costing and margin control.
- Handle customer queries, booking follow-ups and shipment updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Documentation teams.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Export Pricing / Freight Forwarding.
- Strong knowledge of FCL/LCL, freight rates and shipping procedures.
- Positive communication, negotiation and MS Excel skills.
- Proactive, disciplined and customer-focused.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
