WE’RE HIRING | PRESCHOOL CENTER HEAD

Are you a passionate Early Years professional who can lead a team, delight parents, drive admissions, and create a preschool environment where children truly thrive?

We’re looking for a dynamic Preschool Center Head who can take complete ownership of the center,combining academic excellence, strong operations, parent relationships, team leadership, and business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the preschool and ensure smooth functioning across all areas.
- Drive enquiries, admissions, conversions, retention and center growth through effective follow-ups and parent engagement.




- Build robust parent relationships address concerns professionally, and ensure an excellent parent experience.
- Lead, motivate and mentor the academic, administrative and support teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, classroom quality, teacher performance and child engagement
- Plan and execute events, celebrations, orientations, parent interactions and center initiatives
- Maintain high standards of child safety, hygiene, documentation, compliance and center presentation
- Track key center KPIs/KRAs, reports, fee collections, attendance and operational requirements
- Support local marketing, outreach and preschool visibility to strengthen admissions and community presence.

Who Are We Looking For?

A confident, proactive and solution-oriented leader with strong communication, people-management and parent-handling skills. Prior experience in a Preschool / Early Years Center Head, Center Manager, Branch Head, PRM or similar leadership role will be preferred.
