Presales Engineer – Pelican Telecom

Location: Delhi / Bangalore / Gujarat/ Mumbai/Pune

Experience: 1–2 Years | Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Handle presales activities for Rugged Laptops, IT Hardware & Networking products.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

Conduct product demos and technical presentations.

Prepare quotations, BOMs and technical proposals.

Coordinate with Sales, Service and Vendors.

Handle customer technical queries and provide pre-sales support.

Required Skills

Knowledge of IT Hardware / Networking / Rugged Computing.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Experience in product demos, quotations and technical support.

Positive MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification:** Diploma / Degree in IT, Electronics, Computer or related field.
