Edify Education is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Pre-School Operations Manager to lead centre operations, ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, and drive an excellent experience for children and parents.

? Experience3+ Years in a Pre-School Centre Head / Centre Manager / Operations Manager role.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the pre-school centre.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure high standards of child safety, hygiene, discipline, and centre operations.
- Drive student admissions, enrolments, parent engagement, and retention.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address their queries and concerns professionally.
- Monitor academic and operational processes to ensure consistent quality.
- Coordinate centre events, activities, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Maintain required records, reports, documentation, and compliance standards.
- Monitor infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and overall centre readiness.




- Track centre performance and work towards achieving operational and admission targets.
- Coordinate with the management and central teams for smooth execution of initiatives.

? Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in pre-school operations.
- Candidates with experience as Pre-School Centre Head, Centre Manager, or Operations Manager are preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong parent-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities independently.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and organised approach.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
