Pre-Primary Centre Head – Edify Education, Kompally

Edify Education, Kompally is looking for an experienced Pre-Primary Centre Head with 3–5 years of experience in preschool/pre-primary operations. The candidate will oversee academics, centre operations, teacher coordination, parent communication, admissions support, and overall centre performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day pre-primary centre operations.
- Lead and coordinate teachers and support staff.
- Monitor classroom activities, lesson plans, and academic quality.
- Handle parent interactions, feedback, and concerns.
- Support admissions, enquiries, and student enrolment activities.
- Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children.
- Maintain centre records, reports, and operational standards.
- Organize events and activities for students and parents.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in preschool/pre-primary education.
- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of preschool operations and child development.
- Graduate degree preferred.
- Candidates from reputed preschool/education institutions preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
