- Handle company legal matters, legal notices, and documentation.
- Manage labour law matters and employee-related disputes.
- Handle Labour Court cases and Industrial Disputes.
- Provide legal advice on labour laws and industrial regulations.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, notices, and affidavits.
- Coordinate with external advocates, legal consultants, and government authorities.
- Assist in factory-related legal compliance and statutory documentation.
- Maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.
- Support management in resolving legal issues related to plant operations.
Required Skills-
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and Industrial Laws.
- Experience in legal documentation and case management.
- Strong communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of applicable factory and employment regulations.
- Ability to coordinate with management and government departments.
Candidate Requirements-
- LLB qualification is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in industrial, corporate, or labour law.
- Experience in a steel manufacturing company or industrial plant will be preferred.
