Role Description The Pre Primary Teacher role at Footprints Preschool and Daycare is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the preschool curriculum, focusing on holistic development, including cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills. Daily responsibilities include engaging children in interactive learning, maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment, monitoring individual progress, and documenting observations.





The role involves regular communication with parents and guardians to share updates, address concerns, and collaborate on each child’s learning journey. The teacher will also participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events, while adhering to all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Elementary Education and Education, with knowledge of early childhood development principles.
- Experience in Curriculum Development for pre-primary or early years, including planning structured and play-based learning activities.
- Proven Teaching skills in a preschool or early childhood setting, with the ability to manage and engage young learners.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, collaborating with colleagues, and maintaining clear, respectful communication with families.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Patience, empathy, and a child-centered approach, with a strong focus on safety, hygiene, and positive behavior management.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and follow all institutional policies, including child protection and safety protocols.
- Prior experience in a preschool or daycare environment is preferred.
