Produce error-free accounting reports and present for payment authorization.

Analyze

Vendor information and approve vendor registration in accounting tool. Prepare and record assets, liability, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account payable bills & relevant information.



Maintain and balance Account payable department by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.

Period close accounting entries (accruals) in NetSuite, Maintenance of AP ledgers; Assist in completing external audit by analyzing and scheduling Accounts payables, Accruals and providing information for auditors. Secure financial information by completing database backups. TDS deduction, and GST compliance related to Vendor payments & reimbursements.

Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable and basic accounting procedures with working knowledge of GAAP.

Experience looking for 8-10 years Commerce bachelor’s degree + ICWA/CA. Familiarity with financial accounting statements. Working experience on labor Laws, TDS & GST. Expert knowledge of MS Excel. Knowledge of MS Office US GAAP experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory. Working knowledge of Accounting Software ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) etc.
